Everything was explained clearly and honestly. Very professional, detailed, and trustworthy service. As always the team at Federal Way Automotive display honesty & integrity. The price is the price and they never try to add on things that aren’t needed. I had a leaking electrical connector on my transmission.  I called into Federal Way Automotive and they were able to take a look at my truck right away.    They confirmed the issue and were able to get parts and schedule the repair quickly.  Great experience at a reasonable price.
