I had a full car inspection done and the service was excellent. They checked the entire vehicle carefully, including the engine, brakes, suspension, tires, battery, and overall condition. Everything was explained clearly and honestly. Very professional, detailed, and trustworthy service. As always the team at Federal Way Automotive display honesty & integrity. The price is the price and they never try to add on things that aren’t needed. I had a leaking electrical connector on my transmission.  I called into Federal Way Automotive and they were able to take a look at my truck right away.    They confirmed the issue and were able to get parts and schedule the repair quickly.  Great experience at a reasonable price.
